When will I receive my order?
Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and 3-5 business days to receive your order. International orders, however, will take 7-12 business days. All orders placed with Elite Brand are sent via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
What is your return/ exchange policy?
Due to COVID-19, all purchases are final. No returns or exchanges at this time. However, being that our main goal is to provide the best experience possible for our customers, we will do our best to accommodate individuals who've experienced any sizing issues, etc. For any questions or concerns regarding these issues feel free to e-mail us at elitebrand.contact@gmail.com for assistance.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately we do not accept cancellations.
